 Vicki Gaily, Marketing Director, Realtor Associate and founder of Special Properties opened up Special Properties division of Brook Hollow Group Inc. in 1992. Creating Special Properties was a labor of love for Vicki. She attests that real estate has never been "just a job" to her, it is her passion. Receiving national recognition as one of the top luxury real estate specialists throughout the last 40 years, Vicki continues to maintain a position as the top agent in million dollar plus sales in all of Northwest Bergen County, New Jersey from 1992 to the present.

This legacy of recognition for having some of the highest priced sales recorded in North Jersey coupled with her consistent creative, cutting edge approach to real estate marketing continues to keep Vicki at the top of the real estate industry. She asserts that there is no distinction in how she handles her listings: whether it's a cottage or a chateau she believes every home is special and receives her undivided attention. This philosophy helped create the company motto "From Cottages to Chateaus... Every Home is Special to Us."

Vicki continued her vision to create the most outstanding luxury real estate company by establishing a relationship with numerous exclusive venues: Forbes Global Properties, Haute Residence, Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate, Real Property Luxury Group, Luxury Realty, Clientele, New York Lifestyle and Special Properties own magazine, Cottages to Chateaus.  These affiliations offer international, national, local and New York Metropolitan coverage.

Cultivating an amazing staff of top professionals and developing a unique and unsurpassed marketing program is an ongoing work in progress. Vicki refers to it as a constant reward and a source of pride and achievement. She resides with her husband Paul in Saddle River and two very special Yorkshire Terriers. Her daughter, Jennifer is a freelance Graphic Designer, responsible for the design of Cottages to Chateaus and Special Properties brand identity.
